Common questions

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I remove ads?

Open the Pro screen from Settings and choose Remove Ads, or get Yearly or Lifetime Pro, which also removes ads.

How do I change the app language?

Settings → App Language.

Where is my scan history?

On the History tab. It's stored only on your device. On the free plan, items that aren't favorites are removed after a few days; star an item to keep it.

A Wi-Fi code won't connect.

iOS asks you to confirm before joining. Check that the network is in range and the code is for a WPA/WPA2/WPA3 or open network.
